Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to customers located in Australia.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened and still sealed in all inner packaging bags.
All original packaging must be included and in undamaged, resaleable condition.
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be present.
The outer box must be free from major dents or structural damage.
A return request must be submitted via email with photos before sending anything back.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement, subject to stock availability.
Requirements:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
You must provide clear photos of:
the damaged product
the packaging
any affected components
The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
3. Incorrect or Lost Parcels (Logistics Issues)
If your parcel was:
Lost in transit
Stolen during transit
Delivered to the wrong address (due to carrier error)
We will provide a full refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Note: Once a parcel is successfully delivered to the correct address, theft after delivery is not covered.
4. Change of Mind / Wrong Item Purchased
We accept return requests due to:
Change of mind
Buying the wrong item
Duplicate purchase
Conditions:
Item must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (both ways).
A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not charge a restocking fee for change-of-mind returns except for pre-orders paid in full, which will incur a 10% processing and administration fee (see section 5).
5. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind, supplier delays, or financial difficulties.
The remaining balance (“tail payment”) is refundable if you choose to cancel.
If we are unable to supply the pre-order, a full refund including the deposit will be issued.
If you choose to pay the full amount at the time of placing the pre-order (instead of paying only the deposit), your payment will be treated the same as a change-of-mind cancellation. In this case, a 10% processing and administration fee will apply.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that have been opened, inner bags unsealed, or partially assembled
Items with missing parts due to customer handling
Items damaged due to incorrect assembly or use
Items returned in non-resaleable condition
Items sent back without prior approval and email confirmation
7. Return Process
Email us with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review the request and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to us only after receiving approval.
Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Refund Timeframe
Once a return is approved and we receive the item:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Additional bank/credit card processing time of up to 10–14 business days may apply
